Pet Policy
Our elegant apartment complex welcomes pets with open arms! All pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and well-behaved (non-aggressive breeds), with a leash requirement outside of apartments. We charge a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet, $500 for two pets, as well as a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. We are proud to offer a pet-friendly environment that reflects our vibrant, warm and energized community feel. We hope you and your pets will feel right at home at The Knox.
