Our elegant apartment complex welcomes pets with open arms! All pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and well-behaved (non-aggressive breeds), with a leash requirement outside of apartments. We charge a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet, $500 for two pets, as well as a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. We are proud to offer a pet-friendly environment that reflects our vibrant, warm and energized community feel. We hope you and your pets will feel right at home at The Knox.

Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Aggressive breeds are not allowed, including, but not limited to: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Belgian Malanois, St. Bernard, Breed list may change at the property management's discretion. No mix of restricted breeds will be accepted.
